The General Purpose Massager
A few years back we were looking for a massager patients could use at home, but as a team of UK researchers found massagers built for personal use were generally ineffective because manufacturers were mainly concerned about how they looked on shop shelves rather than how they worked, so I built my own. All I cared about was that they are were economical, easy to use, robustly built, and most importantly were highly effective.

One highly effective massager for both professionals and patients
It is common for manufacturers to offer consumer products and separate premium priced professional products. Instead of doing that we decided to have just one and put the commercial grade parts in every machine. That way:

I'm happy that people are getting a a machine that will do a great job and last for a very long time,
because we are building thousands of machines at a time giving economies of scale professionals can get an excellent machine without the premium, and
because they are so well built and work so well we are hardly bothered with massagers breaking down or being returned. This more than pays for the extra it costs to use high quality parts in every machine.
