Laura believes in treating all patients that walk through her doors how she would like herself or family members to be treated. A warm welcome and to explain what your findings are in a manner that you can truly understand.

Having worked for several years in Aberdeenshire working within a pregnancy and paediatric research clinic where she gained a vast knowledge and understanding in pregnancy and paediatric conditions, this led her to move to Edinburgh to continue working in this field.

She initially worked with the team at Morningside Chiropractic clinic before the opportunity presented itself to establish her own clinic.

While she continues to see a high volume of pregnancy and paediatric patients, she still loves the variation of treating all ages.

Over the past 10 years Laura has travelled the world learning the skills to help golfers with biomechanical issues.  Her treatment plans have became so popular that the end result was an independent site dedicated to this specialty: Golf Injury Clinic.

Dr Mark Zuidewind Chiropractor:

Dr Mark has always looked to help those around him and found his calling when introduced to chiropractic at a young age, initially while accompanying his mother to her appointments and later as a patient himself.

In 2011 he gained his masters degree in chiropractic in his native South Africa, before working in public and private clinics in Durban (SA), London and central Scotland. Marks goal in clinic is to help his clients to rid themselves of their pains or injuries and get back to doing what they love, with and for the people closest to them. Whether it is doing your favourite sport, playing with your grandkids or earning money for your family, we don’t want some injury to hold you back.

He treats his patients the way he would like to be treated himself, with individualised assessments focusing on what is best for the patient, providing the best evidence based chiropractic care possible and providing ongoing education on how to recovery quicker & prevent recurrences.

Having been a lifelong endurance sports addict and competing up to a national level, he has been fortunate to not have suffered any long term injuries, which he attributes to lifelong chiropractic care and a bit of luck along the way. Given this affinity for sport, he is passionate about helping athletes of all levels achieve their goals by proactively treating injuries, improving biomechanics and helping to keep their bodies working at peak efficiency.

He holds a post graduate degree in sports chiropractic, has been privileged enough to work with professional athletes from a variety of sports and was a member of the volunteer medical team at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

Dr Mark is registered with the General Chiropractic Council, the British Chiropractic Association and the Royal College of Chiropractors.
